  1. Raw milk, that is unboiled milk, when applied on the face acts as a cleanser.
  2. A little of chick pea flour, a pinch of turmeric powder, & milk cream ,mixed well applied on face for some time will keep the skin soft & supple.
  3. Fenugreek seeds, soaked in water overnight, ground to a fine paste in the morning & applied on the hair ,& washed after 10 to 15 minutes keeps the hair soft..
  4. Raw gooseberry juice is very good for overall health…It keeps the skin, hair ,digestive system in a good state….It is a good source of vitamin C…No words to describe this wonder fruit.
  5. Coconut water ,if had on an empty stomach ,early morning cleanses your entire system.
  6. Warm lime juice with a teaspoon of honey, if had early in the morning ,cleanses your system & aids in reducing weight.
  7. Sesame oil is very good for body massage. 
  8. Raw garlic, one a day,is very beneficial for overall health ,especially the heart.
  9. Coconut oil helps in removing tan & under eye circles.
  10. Flax seeds ,roasted well & ground to a fine powder , if added to salads, vegetables is a good source of Omega 3, a health booster.
